Its in the Molloy Professional Building not far from the CNY SPCA. As you look at the building from Molloy Rd Suite 146 is located in the lower right side of the building on the outside. Enter the far right side driveway. Go in door marked no7 turn left at the first hallway, my suite no 146 is the 3rd door on the left side.

From the North and West (i.e. I-81):
Exit I-81 at Mattydale/Route 11. Proceed south on Route 11 to Malden Road (Eckert Drug Store intersection) or Molloy Road (just past the Hollywood Theater). Turn left on Malden or Molloy. Follow either street to the next stoplight, the intersection of Molloy Road and Townline Road (Army and Navy Reserve Centers). Proceed east on Malden Road to the fourth building on your right, which is the Pickard Building. If you get to the CNY SPCA you have gone too far.

From the East or NYS Thruway (I-90):
From New York State Thruway Exit 35 (Carrier Circle), take Thompson Road north to the second stoplight (Molloy Road). Turn left on Molloy road, heading west. Total travel distance on Molloy Road is approximately 1.2 miles. The Pickard Building is the second building west of the Central New York SPCA (on your left).
